Our yoga day begins at 10am where you can arrive and settle on your mat for our yoga class. A short welcome with routine guidelines, before the class begins
Yoga begins shortly after with our more dynamic class of the 2; Vinyasa flow. 60 minutes of beautifully flowing Yoga with breath work, challenging poses and some balances to get you curious about your body and its ability. This is an all levels class so even beginners can enjoy this class.
A fully restorative 60minute Yin class, drenched in Red Light and the soothing sounds of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls and the Gong
With the private use of the Red Light Sauna, take your time, dip in and out of the space, while enjoying your down time by the pool. This is your down time, feel free to enjoy lunch or any of the pools during this time.
You have from 12:30 until LATE (11pm!!) to use all of the Thermal Wellness Spa at Breathe, including Sauna, Steam Room, Hot Tubs, Ice Baths, Swimming Pool, Massage facilities and lunch from Slice with a 300 food credit voucher.
Departure from the yoga day is any time before 11pm. Enjoy a full day to rest and restore!!
An immersive sound journey at the Aquarium, Phuket. Settle onto your mat, with sea life in abundance and place on your noise cancelling head phones for a fully immersive experience. Includes Brunch provided by Su Va Na.
Our Immersive Sound Bath begins at 09am where you can arrive and settle on your mat for our yoga class. A short welcome with routine guidelines, before the class begins. Your headphones will be handed out and instructions provided at this point.
60 minute Yin and Sound Bath begins. Deep-dive into the aquaria surroundings and fully soften into the sounds.
